  1. What are the benefits of being a member of the Activity Coordinator Community?

  2. What happens with my personal information after I sign up?


    The information you provide when you sign up is not shared or sold to Entertainers, Activity Coordinators or other third parties. Everyone who signs up with the Activity Coordinator Community is screened and the information you provide helps us determine your authenticity.
  3. If I sign up with the Activity Coordinator Community am I going to get unsolicited e-mails?


    We send out one email on the 15th of each month and it highlights all the new entertainers from your province who recently joined the website. We do not send out any other e-mails unless it is extremely important and has to do with your account. You always have the option to "unsubscribe" if you would rather not receive the "New Entertainer Notification" each month.
  4. Are there multiple ways to search for entertainers?


    Yes, there are four ways to Search Entertainers:
    • Find Entertainers By Location - Enter your facility postal code to find Entertainers who have agreed to travel to your city
    • Search for a Specific Entertainer - Enter a first name, last name, or even just a part of an Entertainer's performer name to find a specific entertainer
    • View all Entertainers by Province - This search will show you all the entertainers that we have in our database for each province
    • Themes - When you search all entertainers for your province you will see a list of Theme Shows at the bottom of the page. Entertainers who can perform specific theme shows are listed in the appropriate sub-categories
  5. How do I hire an Entertainer from WeEntertainSeniors.com?


    You contact the Entertainer directly from the contact information that is on their Profile Page. You negotiate with the Entertainer to determine a date, time and fee. We Entertain Seniors is not involved in the process.
  6. What does it cost to hire an Entertainer?


    There is no charge to use our site or to contact our Entertainers. If you hire a WeEntertainSeniors.com Entertainer for your event, we do not charge a booking fee. The fee to hire an Entertainer for members of the Activity Coordinator Community can be found when you LOGIN and search the Entertainer. If you are not a Seniors' Activity Coordinator you need to call the Entertainer and request a quote for your event.
  7. How do I submit a REVIEW for an entertainer?


    To submit a review for an Entertainer you must be a Seniors' Activity Coordinator who has already joined the Activity Coordinator Community. If you are new to the website you can JOIN now, if you are already a member the steps to submit a Review are as follows:
    • LOGIN
    • Click on "Read/Submit Entertainer Reviews"
    • Enter the Entertainer's first name, last name or at least one word of their performer name into the text box that says: "Search for a Specific Entertainer, Enter a Name:"
    • Look for and click on the Entertainer's performer name that appears in the list under the left navigation
    • Click on "Submit a Review" above the Entertainer's written paragraph
    • Enter your review into the empty box to the right of the screen
    • Click on the box that says "Submit Review" to post it to the Entertainers page
  8. How do I submit a STAR RATING for an entertainer?


    To submit a Star Rating for an Entertainer you must be a Seniors' Activity Coordinator who has already joined the Activity Coordinator Community. If you are new to the website you can JOIN now, if you are already a member the steps to submit a Star Rating are as follows:
    • LOGIN
    • Click on "Read/Submit Entertainer Reviews"
    • Enter the Entertainer's first name, last name or at least one word of their performer name into the text box that says: "Search for a Specific Entertainer, Enter a Name:"
    • Look for and click on the Entertainer's performer name that appears in the list under the left navigation
    • Click on "Submit a Star Rating" which is below the Entertainer's written paragraph
    • A 'pop up' will appear with a list of questions for you to answer with 1-5 stars
    • When you have answered all five questions click on the box that says "Submit"
  9. Can I leave more than one star rating for the same entertainer?


    Technically, yes you can, however we would prefer that you only leave one for each Entertainer you hire. We suggest that you leave a star rating immediately after each Entertainer visits your facility so your evaluation is current. If your opinion about an entertainer has changed since your initial rating then that would be a situation when it is okay to login and leave another rating.
  10. Am I able to delete or edit a review that I write for an entertainer?


    Yes, you can edit or delete all your reviews at any time. You need to LOGIN and from the welcome page click on "Edit or Delete a Review". Find the review in question and click on 'edit' or 'delete'.
  11. Can I change my contact information?


    You are not able to change your contact information. You need to call our toll free line at 1-866-988-2010 or e-mail us at and we will be happy to change your contact information for you.
